Well, I didn’t give out a golden ticket last week and I’m truly sorry. If you decided to take my advice on NFL picks, that’s on you. Sorry you took advice from a complete moron. You should do better.
To be fair, the golden ticket wasn’t all that bad. I finished with a 2-1 record and got back to .500 with a 11-11 record overall.
This week, I have a bunch of spooky picks from Bovada that should get your pecker hard.
Los Angeles Rams (-3.5) vs Miami Dolphins
This seems like an easy bet to me. The Rams are a good team, so only being a 3.5 point favorite is odd. This will be Tua Tagovailoa’s first start and we really don’t know how he will perform.
Tua is still a rookie that hasn’t had many opportunities to adjust to playing in the NFL. Instead of getting a few reps at practice, the Dolphins are now throwing him out there against a great defense. Currently, the Rams’ D is ranked 6th.
Expecting Tua to play well is kinda dumb to me. He’s going to have growing pains in his first start and this defense just made Big Dick Nick look like a simp.
The Rams’ offense is still great as they are currently ranked 4th. Look for them to score early and often. I think the Rams win by a touchdown, maybe even more. This should be the base for any parlay this week.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens (-4)
It’s a surprise that the Steelers are the only undefeated team left, but I think this changes after this week. Lamar Jackson hasn’t been the same MVP-type player he was last year, but he is still making plays with his feet. I think he runs all over the Steelers and beats them by at least 7.
In a recent podcast, I said they would win by more than 14. I believe this can happen. This is Lamar’s coming out party as his campaign for his second MVP starts this week.
Dallas Cowboys (+10.5) vs Philadelphia Eagles
I don’t understand why this spread is so high. I understand Ben DiNucci is starting, but no one has tape on this guy. It’s going to be hard for a defensive coordinator to come up with a game plan against him.
The Eagles and Cheeks McGee* are getting way too much credit here. The spread is too damn high.
Do the Eagles win? Probably. But they for sure aren’t winning by more than 11. This offense is made for any QB to be successful. With the running game and weapons around DiNucci, I don’t see why they wouldn’t be able to move the ball. I think they score more than 3 points this week. This should be competitive until the end giving the +10.5 a really good chance of hitting.
These are some certified golden ticket NFL picks this week. If you throw 20 bills down on these NFL picks, your payout is $119.
